The clubhouse bar is open as always from 9pm every Thursday and Sunday night and every second Friday. Last Saturday night hosted U13 Girls football star Tara McCarthys confirmation party. There was an invasion of Ballybrown folk with some of them doing their best to drink the club dry but they obviously didn’t succeed despite their best efforts! A great family evening was had with the adults enjoying themselves in the bar and the kids having a ball in the hall and around the grounds. Thanks to Aaron and Shane Hackett, our expert trainee barmen, again for their help in the bar and indeed could teach some of our older volunteer barmen how to pull a proper pint!
so for all your wedding, funerals, christenings, birthdays, communion, confirmation, divorce and bar mitzvah parties please contact Louis Quirke on 087 2594997.
Please contact Finbar McCarthy grounds committee chairman ASAP on 087 7631819 to book pitch space for the 2017 playing season.
