The Ahane U13 Hurlers got their first win in the U13 Hurling league last evening when they came  out on top in a highly entertainingly game against Pallasgreen. Played in Mackey Park where the field held up really well despite the recent rain fall, the 20 players who played last evening adapted very well to the trying underfoot conditions, played some lovely hurling and ended up scoring 3-4 on a really difficult night to get scores. A big thank you goes out to the U11 and U12 players who supported the U13 players in the game and who contributed greatly to the win. Next up for the squad is an away hurling league match against Cois Laoi Gaels on Monday next 25th followed by a home hurling league game against Cappamore on Wednesday next 27th. Well done to Ciaran, James R, Stephen, Sean, Cathal, Colm, Jack, Donnacha, Ciaran, David, Gavin, John D, Will, Kyle, Cian, James O'M, Jamie, Tony, Harry and Paddy on a fine team performance.  Keep up the great effort.
