Official opening of New Dressing Rooms, Gym and New pitch

On Sunday next 25th March, Ahane GAA will welcome the President of the GAA John Horan to officially open the new dressing rooms and Gym facility.

An tUachtarán Chumann Lúthchleas Gael will also cut the ribbon for the official opening of the new field developed and in use in Newgarden, Mackey Park.

On what will be a momentous day for the club, all are invited to attend and support and welcome the President, and to also celebrate the completion of the next stage of these developments within the club.

3:15pm                 Ahane v Garryspillane                   (Senior Hurling League game)

4:10pm                 Arrival of the President                 (Bord na Nog providing guard of honour)

4:15pm                 Visit to Dressing Rooms

4:20pm                 President will watch last 10 mins of game

4:30pm                 President to return to the dressing rooms area in which the Senior Hurlers Ladies Football, Camogie and Bord na nOg will do a guard a honour on the way down

4.45pm                 Piper play National Anthem   

4.50pm                 Colm Barry                                     (Club Chairman)

4.55pm                 John Cregan                                   (Chairman Limerick GAA)

5:00pm                 President to unveil the plaque and the cutting of the ribbon 

5.05pm                 Fr Kyne to perform a blessing

5.10pm                 Presidents Speech
