Ahane under 10’s fielded two teams last Friday evening for a very competitive blitz against St Patrick’s & Na Piarsaigh in Na Piarsaigh Grounds. Ahane were missing many of their squad due to other sporting commitments so our boys worked hard with no substitutes available for three very sporting games. Super efforts were put in by both our teams and all scores were hard fought for. Our boys showed plenty of skills during the games with some tough tackling and solid ground hurling throughout. A special thanks to Finbar, Ollie and John for their constant positive encouragement. The boys came off the pitch with big grins before they raced over for refreshments and cheers kindly supplied by Na Piarsaigh. A really enjoyable evening had by all.
