Ahane GAA Club and all in Bord na nOg would like to congratulate Lisnagry NS boys on their gaelic football win in the Cumann na mBunscoil East Limerick Football final in the Gaelic Grounds yesterday. The boys turned in a super second half display to take a good win over Doon CBS by two points and retain the East Football title. Hard luck to the Lisnagry NS girls team who also reached the East final yesterday and gave everything on the day but came out second best to an impressive Roxborough team. Well done to all the girls and boys on their achievements and a special thanks to Mr. Feeney, Ms. Doheny and Mr. Flannelly for your time and effort with the teams. All the very best to the boys team in Rathkeale tomorrow as they play in the County Semi Final.
