Ahane GAAs club lotto received a serious vote of confidence this evening as Munster Director of Rugby and former Springbok great and Castleconnell resident  Rassie Erasmus signed up for the 2017 Club Lotto .

Speaking after handing over the cheque to enter the 2017 Ahane Club Lotto  Rassie remarked : " I had always heard about the famous Ahane Club growing up in South Africa .Living in Ireland I am fascinated by the speed and skill of Hurling and so when ex Ahane PRO and former Munster loose head prop D Gill called to my door I was only delighted to support my local club ."
