The team who tops the table will progress to the quarter final stages of the competition this Sunday – time/venue to be confirmed.
We wish the boys and their management team the very best of luck. Special mention to our senior player and senior captain Evan Enright who has mentored this U14 group with great commitment and enormous encouragement during the year for which the players, parents are coaches are extremely grateful. Evan imparted some valuable inspirational words of wisdom to the boys after their training session on Thursday night which boosted the confidence, motivated the boys and fuelled the determination of this young group of players ahead Saturday. The boys also took great pride in wishing Evan and his teammate’s good luck for their game against Monaleen in Claughan at 6.30pm this evening, Friday 12th April. Many of the boys will be travelling to Claughan to show their support for Evan on this occasion.
The boys have been training hard in recent months in preparation for the tournament and all support for the boys would be greatly welcomed. It is great to have a home venue for this competition so please come along to Mackey Park on Saturday and show your support for the boys.
