There was an excellent uptake in Ahane of the Irish Heart Foundation Hands for Life CPR training on Saturday the 1st February.

Training took place at 10am, 11am and 1pm and was very informative bringing participants up to speed on how to safely and quickly deliver life saving CPR to adults and children.
