We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Jimmy Cahill. Jimmy’s daughters, Breda, Kay, Geraldine, Therese, Paula, and granddaughter Alana have all played with the Camogie club. His daughters Kay, and Breda continued to be heavily involved in the club long after their playing days! Jimmys granddaughter Alana represented the club on inter county teams at underage level.

Jimmy himself was involved with the club over the years as he coached Camogie teams.

The Cahill family are fantastic supporters of the club and we wish to send our condolences to Jimmy’s wife Teresa and family.
