Last night the Ahane GAA Club Committee met to discuss Covid-19 and what it means for us as a club. We have decided to close all facilities until March 29th (inclusive) and review the situation then. All training, matches, courses, events, and social gatherings have now been cancelled until March 29th where we will wait to get further information from the GAA.
There are a few things you can do during this time to try keep yourself and your family fit and healthy
• Wash your hands properly
• Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve when you cough and sneeze.
• Put used tissues into a bin and wash your hands.
• Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
• Avoid close contact with people who are not well.
• Avoid crowded places, especially indoors
• Follow the travel advice from the Department of Foreign Affairs.
• Stay at home if you are sick to help stop the spread of whatever infection you may have.
