Limerick GAA Young Referees Workshop:

Limerick Coaching & Games will be running a young referee's workshop on Wednesday next June 16th @8:30pm. This will be an online workshop and will be hosted on the Microsoft Teams platform.

The workshop is aimed at young referees and club coaches who will be refereeing in our children's games programme at U7, U9 & U11. 

Referees for these blitzes will be provided by clubs.  The Host clubs will be asked to provide a referee for the games each night. We would also encourage that the visiting clubs assist with providing a ref if necessary.

The workshop will:

1. Introduce the participants to Refereeing.

2. Train the young Referees to officiate in U7-U11 Games 

3. And is open to young referees (16+), club coaches and parents who may be available to assist with referring any games that we are hosting during the year at these age groups.
