After a break of two years because of covid it was great to see Ahane and St. Patrick’s u12s compete for the Tom Blake Memorial Cup in Mackey Park on Sunday 26th of June.

On an evening where we had rain and sun both teams showed great competitiveness and skills in an action packed match with Ahane edging the win!

Tom Blake presented the Cup to Ahane u12 captain Joe Hartigan. Man of the match went to Ahane’s Jack Hickey. Many thanks to St Patrick’s for a sporting game (and the treats afterwards that went down very well!)

Congratulations to the Ahane u12s and to their coaches. Thanks to the parents and friends who came along to support both teams.
