MAT PILATES in AHANE GAA
Our goal in Pilates is to develop a body which is able to move freely while performing daily tasks. In this Pilates class we concentrate on our body efficiency and correct alignment. We are trying to find harmony between being strong, flexible and a mindful self. The class will vary between a calm and moderate pace with classical Pilates exercises. Every now and then we will incorporate some compound moves using yoga, stretching and mobility techniques as well as adding some small Pilates props.
